Activating retail media and customer loyalty directly at the POS
Retail media and customer loyalty are becoming increasingly relevant for operators of fuel stations and convenience stores. By taking advantage of the joint solution from anybill and Scheidt & Bachmann, retailers can play retail media content based on transaction data from the checkout and dynamically adapt it – for example, for personalised offers or promotional information.
At the same time, the digital receipt itself becomes an active CRM tool. Customers can be invited to participate in loyalty programs via this new touchpoint. In compli-ance with data protection regulations, this function is integrated into the payment process and comes without any additional effort for staff.
