The Scheidt & Bachmann USA Service Request Portal is a new cloud-based customer service ticket management system. The Service Request Portal is available to all of our parking customers for the reporting of their service-related needs to one of our service centers online.
This new way of communication will improve the efficiency of communication with each of our customers, with the aim of providing you with an easier way to report, review and receive updates on all of your service requests.
